How to pay
We do not take card numbers on this site, and we never will. Card details are entered on the payment provider's page, which is PCI-DSS compliant, and we only ever see the reference, the amount and the last four digits. Nothing card-related is stored on our servers or in our email.

What actually happens when you check out
We are a small workshop, so we confirm stock before charging.
- Place your order — you are not charged at this point.
- We confirm stock, usually within a few hours on business days.
- We email you a secure payment link. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s page; we never collect or store them.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS. We keep payment tokens, not cards. Refunds go back to the original card or wallet and can take a further 3 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
